The terra ("soil" in Latin) cooking concept is based on a culinary practice that is led by soil, weather, environment factors and culture. The cooking here is focused particularly on the seasonal ingredients, promoting local organic produce and supporting community (Farmers’ Co-Op).  


Terra’s vendors are primarily local, small, independent growers, farmers and food artisans as well as the Royal Project Foundation.Terra serves rustic Italian/European and Northern Thai cuisines.  All fresh ingredients are either organic or pesticide safe, locally grown and mostly sourced from small growers.


Occasionally, Terra welcomes visiting Chefs from all over the world as well as the local masters who create their repertoires under the set of House Rules.
